First day

I need to do a better job of eating before I leave the house and/or bringing food with me to school when I leave for work in the morning because today, before I knew it, I had nothing to eat but some coffee and almond milk for breakfast and half a bottle of sparkling water with a handful of an almond, cashew, raisin and sunflower seed mix for lunch. By 5 o’clock, I fell off the paleo wagon and had to inhale a sandwich! Sometimes, bread is necessary, I guess.
